A Restaurant's Worst Nightmare

2/13/2023 (Permalink)

Restaurant floor covered in blood. Imagine arriving to a restaurant and seeing this?  Thankfully SERVPRO of Highland arrived first and made things "Like it never even happened."

Biohazard cleanup performed at Carl's Jr. Restaurant in San Bernardino, CA. Unfortunately, a homeless man was stabbed multiple times and for safety, he ran into the Carl’s Jr. Restaurant. There were excessive amounts of blood all along the patio into the entrance lobby & kitchen area. SERVPRO of Highland was called to the scene in the middle of night to assist. Technicians arrived onsite, put on their PPE suits (personal protective equipment) and got to work. Our staff worked professionally throughout the process to ensure that after we leave a job site, we leave it "Like it never even happened." This Carl’s Jr. Restaurant was ready to open by the morning shift. Go team green! In case of a Biohazard emergency call 909-425-1115.

Trespassing in Big Bear

No task too big for SERVPRO

SERVPRO responded to a vacation home in Big Bear CA following a report that it had been broken into. Upon arrival SERVPRO discovered wall to wall content making it difficult to clean up and perform a board up. Hoarding can make any bad situation worse and is hazardous to your health. With a little elbow grease we had her home clean, packed out and ready for the upcoming fall season.
